I killed it today although it was hard as all get out. Stomach is on FIRE! It was good though. Dang I feel good as heyll. Burned 1445 calories. I was gettin it in yall.

That's it!!! I'm doing the X. I was worried about my knees but screw it. I am just not getting the results from my gym workouts the way that I want! I know trainers are great for most people, but I have had mostly idiots except for 2 in my whole gym experience and honestly, I'm over it. Okay girl...watch out, here I come!
